What if the conference is canceled due to COVID-19?
At this point we are hoping that the conference will go on as planned. However, should the country continue to be affected negatively with the COVID-19 virus we will reschedule the event at a later date that is appropriate for travel and large group gatherings. If you are unable to attend the revised date we will refund 100% of your conference registration fee and assist you with cancelling your hotel reservation.
What is included in my conference registration?

Registration includes: Breakfast (2), Lunch (2) and dinner (1) plus access to all featured speaker presentations, breakouts, workshops and networking events.

I can no longer attend. Can a colleague attend in my place?

Yes. Email and let us know. There is no charge for this change.

Can I cancel my registration?

You may cancel your registration up to 30 days (August 21, 2020) prior to the event and receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
