Kiah is the Whole of Health Program Manager, at Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) hospital, Sydney, Australia. RPA is one of Australia’s premier tertiary referral hospitals with a worldwide reputation for leading excellence and innovation in healthcare. Kiah’s role is tasked with improving the patient journey through RPA by maintaining positive patient outcomes and experiences. Kiah works closely with RPA hospital executives and nursing, medical and allied health teams, as well as clinical support services to drive the strategic changes needed to improve access to care and patient flow.
Prior to this role Kiah was a Patient Flow Nurse Manager at RPA for over four years. Kiah has a further eight years clinical experience in frontline nursing roles including as a Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Emergency Department.
Kiah has a passion for ensuring all patients have equal access to care and improving patient outcomes. Kiah has pursued a range of quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care, team processes, professional collaboration and well-being for staff.
